· Meeting started at 9:00am on the phone conference bridge

· Members Present: Mike Dyre (U of L), JoAnn Kaelin (U of L), Alex Felinski (Norton), Kevin Shively (U of L), Hans Fiedler (U of L), Dave Cox (U of L)

1.)  Alex said that Norton was in the process of getting a new firewall for their production network. Once they install the new firewall, they will take the old one (in
        use now on production network) and configure it to work between them and LAMC. He said that no timeline has been set for this to take place.

2.)  Mike stated that at the last CIO’s meeting they would like to meet with a member or members of the technical group to better access what we are doing at our
        level and to let the technical group better understand what was going on at the CIO level.

3.)  JoAnn stated that the new Communication Analyst III position has been turned into personnel and we are waiting on them.
